You don’t have to be “in shape” to start.
Nineteen local trainers. One goal: yours. Your first session is free with membership — a conversation and a starting-point check, not a workout test.
How It Works
No pressure, no guesswork. Three steps between you and a plan built around your life.

Request online, call, or stop by the front desk. Pick a trainer yourself — or let us match you to the right one.
Start free
Your first session is complimentary with membership: a conversation, a starting-point check, and a roadmap — not a workout test.
Train & track progress
Sessions run on the days and times you choose, and your progress is checked against your starting point as you go — so you always know what’s next.
What Are You Training For?
Every plan starts with the outcome you actually want — then a coach who trains people just like you.
Feel Better, Move Better
New to the gym, or coming back after time away? Start where you are. Strength, mobility and confidence, built at your pace.
Build Strength
Barbell-first coaching with progressive programming — deadlift, squat, press — and the technique work that keeps you adding plates safely.
Lose Weight & Keep It Off
Training plus honest nutrition habits, measured against a starting point we set together on day one — and re-checked as you go.
Youth Athletes
Speed, strength and injury-resistant movement for student athletes, coached by trainers who work with Casper’s school and club programs.
HYROX & Endurance Events
Training for HYROX, runs and obstacle races in the same building as our 307 Athlete S&C program — sleds, ergs, wall balls and race-day pacing.
Active & Independent at 60+
Balance, bone density and everyday strength for the decades ahead, in a building where over-60 training is a specialty, not an afterthought.
What’s In Your Free Session
Every new membership includes one — here’s exactly what happens, so there are no surprises.
A real conversation
Your goals, your history, your schedule — what’s worked before and what hasn’t. No workout test, and no sales script.
A starting-point check
How you move today — mobility, strength, and anything that needs working around. It becomes the baseline your progress is measured against.
Your roadmap
You leave with a plan: how often to train, what to focus on first, and which trainer fits you — whether or not you book another session.

~140 Reviews
Trainers praised by name
Reviewers single out individual trainers — Lisa and James among them — for coaching that meets people where they are and keeps them coming back.
A place that knows you
The word members reach for is “family.” Staff greet people by name, and the front desk gets credit in review after review.
Kept clean, kept up
Cleanliness and variety come up constantly: the pools, the classes, the equipment selection across 90,000 square feet.
Good Questions
The things people actually ask before their first session.
I’ve never worked out. Is this for me?
Yes — most people who start training here are starting from zero. Your free first session is a conversation and a starting-point check, not a workout test. Your coach builds from exactly where you are.
What happens in the free session?
Three things: a conversation about your goals and schedule, a look at how you move today, and a written roadmap of what training would look like. No workout, no pressure, no sales script.
Do I pick my trainer, or do you?
Either way. Read the profiles and pick your person — or tell us your goal and schedule and we’ll match you. If the fit isn’t right, we’ll re-match you, no hard feelings.
Is personal training included in my membership?
Your first session is free with membership. Ongoing training is a separate service — your coach will lay out the options and pricing in plain terms at your free session, before you commit to anything.
How often do I train?
Most members train one to three times a week, on days and times they choose. Sessions fit around work and family — early mornings, evenings and weekends included.
What if I have an injury or a health condition?
Tell your coach at the free session. Our team includes corrective-exercise and senior-fitness specialists, and coaches who work with joint replacements and special populations — training adapts to you, not the other way around.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Training is month-to-month with no long-term contract — the same straight dealing as our memberships.
