Katie’s experience and passion lie primarily in strength training, building muscle to burn fat. She feels it is important for workouts to excite her clients, and also for them to realize what their body is capable of. Nutrition, along with a well-implemented fitness program, plays a large role in changing your physique. Katie is ready to help you reach your goals, one-by-one.
