The Facility

90,000 sq ft of fitness & fun.

One location. Family owned and operated since 1997 in Casper, Wyoming — everything you need to train, swim, play, and recover, all under one roof.

Not a chain. Not a second location across town. Just LifeTime — built in phases by the people who run it, for the town they live in.

Train

Room to actually train

However you train, there’s a dedicated space for it — and room to use it. No waiting in line for the one rack. No working around someone else’s workout.

  1. 01

    Massive Weight Room

The heart of the building. A massive weight room with the space and equipment to train the way you want — whether it’s your first session or your thousandth.

  2. 02

    The Turf Room

    Opened Jan 2024

100′ of turf with sleds, sandbags, a yoke and more. Built for functional training, conditioning, and strongman-style work — with a full track-length run to actually push a sled.

  3. 03

    Olympic Weightlifting

A dedicated space for Olympic weightlifting — room to lift, drop, and train the snatch and clean & jerk without compromise.

  4. 04

    Powerlifting

Space set aside for powerlifting — squat, bench, and deadlift training with room for serious work.

  5. 05

    Cardio

A full cardio floor to warm up, cool down, or build endurance — part of the same 90,000 sq ft, not squeezed into a corner.

Pools & Aquatics

Saltwater, on purpose.

Two pools, three jacuzzis — and a reason they’re saltwater that you’ll feel the first time you get in.

Lap Pool

25 YARDS

For laps & training

A proper 25-yard lap pool for swimming laps, training, and low-impact cardio — any time of year, indoors in Casper.

Warm Water Pool

90°

Warm water pool

Kept at about 90°F — the top of the range the Arthritis Foundation recommends for warm-water exercise, 83–90°F. Made for gentle movement, lessons, and easing in. Warm is for gentle — the lap pool is for hard work.

Recover

Jacuzzis

Three jacuzzis alongside the pools — warm up, cool down, or just soak after a hard session.

Why
Saltwater?

Less salty than a tear.

Our pools make their own chlorine. Pool salt — about 3,000 ppm, roughly a tenth as much as the ocean — is dissolved in the water. As the water passes through a salt cell, a low electric charge splits the salt and generates the same chlorine as conventional dosing, steadily and continuously. When it’s done its work, it reverts to salt and goes around again. The salt doesn’t clean the water. The chlorine it becomes does.

The real difference is steadiness: because the chlorine is generated continuously, levels hold steadier — no dosing spikes and dips — and steadier levels mean fewer chloramines, the used-up chlorine behind that harsh “pool smell” and most red eyes. That steadiness is the honest gentleness claim — this isn’t chemical-free or “natural” water; it’s the same chlorine, made on site. And at about 3,000 ppm, most people can’t taste the salt at all.

Our pools are exercise and recreation facilities, not medical treatment — talk with your doctor or physical therapist about what’s right for you. Sources: Arthritis Foundation, water exercises for arthritis; CDC, operating public pools.

Inside LifeTime

307 Athlete

Sports performance training in its own 9,000 sq ft space — inside the same building.

What started in Oct 2011 as a 3,000 sq ft CrossFit affiliation grew into 307 Athlete Strength & Conditioning: coached training for adults and youth athletes who want to get stronger, faster, and more capable.

Pilates — Since 2014

Pilates Reformers

Pilates reformers were introduced at LifeTime in September 2014. Reformer Pilates helps improve physical strength, flexibility and posture, and enhance mental awareness — precise, low-impact training that builds control as much as strength.

Tanning — Membership Add-On

A little sun, all year.

Tanning gets its own dedicated rooms at LifeTime — a standup booth and a lay-down bed, both on one unlimited monthly add-on. No separate salon across town, no per-visit tickets: if you’re here to train, you’re already here to tan.

Standup Booth

7 MINUTES

Max Sun Capsule

The quick one. Stand up in the Max Sun Capsule booth for a seven-minute session — in and out, and easy to fit in before or after a workout.

Lay-Down Bed

12 MINUTES

Max KBL 4500 MegaSun

The longer session. Lie back in the Max KBL 4500 MegaSun bed for twelve minutes — the unhurried option, when you’ve got time to relax into it.

How unlimited tanning works

01

Add it to your membership

Unlimited Tanning is a $45/mo add-on to your membership. One flat monthly rate — no per-session charges, no counting visits.

02

Pick your unit

The 7-minute Max Sun Capsule standup booth or the 12-minute Max KBL 4500 MegaSun bed — whichever fits your day and your preference. Both are covered by the same add-on.

03

Tan when you’re here

Both units are right here in the club during club hours, steps from the locker rooms — not a separate trip somewhere else.

Who it’s for

Beating the winter

Casper winters are long and dark. Tanning keeps some color going through the months when the sun barely does.

Getting event-ready

Vacations, weddings, photos, competitions — build color gradually ahead of the date instead of cramming at the last minute.

Already here anyway

If you train at LifeTime, tanning is one more stop in the same visit — workout, tan, done. No second membership across town.

Unlimited Monthly Tanning

$45 / MO

Both units included, for members who add tanning on. Tanning is a paid add-on — it isn’t included in base membership — and the full membership and add-on pricing lives on /rates.

Locker rooms & amenities

The part of the workout nobody photographs — and everybody appreciates.

Dry Saunas

Dry heat to warm up, loosen up, and recover after training.

Steam Rooms

Steam rooms for a deeper, slower reset after your session.

Private Showers

Private showers with amenities — get cleaned up properly before you head out.

Towel Service

Towel service included in the locker rooms, so you can travel light.

Tanning
