Personal Training

You don’t have to be “in shape” to start.

Our trainers aren’t here to judge your starting point — they’re here to help you draw the map. Whether it’s your Day 1 or Day 1000, we meet you exactly where you are.

Every new membership starts with a complimentary 1-on-1 session.

What’s In Your Free Session

Every new membership includes one — here’s exactly what happens, so there are no surprises.

First

A real conversation

Your goals, your history, your schedule — what’s worked before and what hasn’t. No workout test, and no sales script.

Then

A starting-point check

How you move today — mobility, strength, and anything that needs working around. It becomes the baseline your progress is measured against.

Finally

Your roadmap

You leave with a plan: how often to train, what to focus on first, and which trainer fits you — whether or not you book another session.

How It Works

No pressure, no guesswork. Three steps between you and a plan built around your life.

01

Tell us your goal

Request online, call, or stop by the front desk. Pick a trainer yourself — or let us match you to the right one.

02

Start free

Your first session is complimentary with membership: a conversation, a starting-point check, and a roadmap — not a workout test.

03

Train & track progress

Sessions run on the days and times you choose, and your progress is checked against your starting point as you go — so you always know what’s next.

What Are You Training For?

Pick a starting point — your trainer builds the program from there.

Getting Started

New to the gym, or coming back after time away? Learn the equipment, the movements, and a routine you’ll actually stick to.

Strength & Muscle

Progressive, coached lifting with a plan — from your first barbell to your next personal record.

Weight Loss

Training, habits, and accountability with someone in your corner every week — not a crash program.

Sports Performance & HYROX

Speed, power, and conditioning for game day — including training for your first HYROX race through 307 Athlete, right here in the building.

Mobility & Healthy Aging

Strength, balance, and mobility work that keeps you independent, active, and doing what you love.

The Comeback

Returning from injury, surgery, or a long layoff? Train at the right pace, with a coach watching every rep.

Meet One of the Team

Real coaches, real credentials — get to know them before you ever book a session.

Trainers, by name

Lisa, James, Nicole and Shannon get mentioned by name in member reviews — praised for knowing their people and pushing them well.

A place for families

Welcoming staff and a family-friendly floor come up constantly — training here isn’t an intimidating experience.

“Got it all”

Variety is the other repeat theme: pools, classes, sauna, racquetball and fresh, clean facilities under one roof.

Good Questions

The things people ask before their first session.

Is the first session really free?

Yes — every new membership includes a complimentary 1-on-1 personal training session. It’s a conversation and a roadmap, not a sales pitch or a fitness test.

Do I have to be in shape first?

No. That’s the whole point of a trainer. Most people start exactly where you are — Day 1 counts the same as Day 1000 here.

What does training cost after that?

Personal training is a paid add-on to membership, with packages based on how often you train. Ask at the front desk or send a request and we’ll walk you through the current options — no obligation.

What if I don’t click with my trainer?

Tell us and we’ll re-match you — no hard feelings, no awkward conversation with the trainer. The fit matters more than the assignment.

Can I pick my trainer and my times?

Yes to both. Browse the team above, or tell us your goals and schedule and we’ll suggest a match. You choose the days; you choose the time.
