CLUB RULES & POLICIES
These rules and policies supplement those posted or otherwise provided in the club. Rule breaking, disorderly conduct, abusive behavior or inappropriate language by members or guests will not be tolerated. Disciplinary action for violating these policies can range from warnings to expulsion from the club and possible cancellation of memberships for members and their family. We may change these rules and policies at any time.
LifeTime is a PRIVATE CLUB for use by its members and paying guests. Limited services are available to non members during special situations. Memberships are only valid for the specific member who signs up and are not to be sold or transferred to any other person.
Parents are responsible for the conduct of the children on their account. Members or guests are responsible for any damage they or their family members may cause.

Ages 0-6 | Locker Rooms, Pools
▪ Must be directly supervised by a responsible person at least 18 years of age
▪ Children 5 and older cannot use the opposite sex locker room. Use the family restroom & shower facility in the pool room.
▪ No infants in spas or saunas
▪ No baby carriers or strollers allowed anywhere but locker rooms and pool room.Ages 7-10 | Locker Rooms, Pools, Spas & Saunas, Track, Basketball Court, Racquetball Courts
▪ Must be directly supervised by a responsible person at least 18 years of age.
▪ Attendance to Group Fitness classes is permitted with prior permission of instructor.Ages 11-13 | Full Club Usage
▪ Must be directly supervised by a responsible person at least 18 years of age.
▪ CrossFit Box requires an instructor to be present with any children under 14.Ages 14 and up | Full Club Usage

FAMILY MEMBERSHIP DEFINITION
A group of persons that consists of parents and their children who are connected by blood or through law and living in the same household. (Does not include aunts/uncles or brothers/sisters of adult members.)
A group of persons living together and having a shared commitment to a domestic relationship. (Does not include roommates.)
A person who is cared for by the primary member such as an aging parent or disabled person under their care.CHANGE OF MEMBERSHIP
The primary member can add or delete members from their account. A $10 processing fee is charged to add new members.LATE FEES
Any accounts unpaid within 30 days of billing will incur a $15 late fee. Any returned checks or Bank Draft declines will incur a $10 penalty.LIABILITY WAIVER
Any person who has not signed a waiver, paid the proper fees (guest or member) are deemed trespassing and will be turned over to the proper authorities and membership privileges may be revoked.MEMBERS ONLY
LifeTime reserves the right to cancel any member who allows his/her key tag to be used by another person to gain access to the club. LifeTime reserves the right to adjust membership dues, initiation fees, guest fees and all other fees. -
30 DAY CANCELLATION POLICY
You are required to provide 30 days notice of your cancellation. If a billing occurs within that 30 days you are responsible for the charges.
Example: If you cancel on the 15th of the month, since a billing will occur on the 1st of next month, within 30 days, you are responsible for paying the charges on the 1st.HOLD MEMBERSHIP
A membership may be placed On Hold at any time. An account may be placed On Hold for a maximum 6 months at a time. Your club account must be paid in full prior to Hold going into effect. Any Add-Ons such as lockers etc. will not be placed On Hold and will require payment. -
▪ Guests must sign a waiver upon entering LifeTime.
▪ Each guest must pay the current guest fee and has access for the entire day.
▪ No guest under 18 is allowed club usage without parental/guardian signature on the Underage Guest Waiver.
▪ Guests found to be violating any rules, misbehaving or disturbing other members’ experience will be removed and banned.

▪ Check in with your keytag each time you visit.
▪ No muddy shoes allowed.
▪ No disorderly conduct, abusive behavior, or use of inappropriate language.
▪ Please clean your sweat off of equipment after use.
▪ Do not monopolize equipment. Please share.
▪ Prior permission is needed before bringing personal equipment or devices for use in any part of the club: flotation devices, toys, stereos, etc.
▪ No food or drink items (except plastic bottled beverages with replaceable caps) beyond the front desk / lobby.
▪ No alcohol, drugs or cigarette smoking.
▪ Damage to club property shall be paid for by any member who willfully or neglectfully causes such damage.
▪ Primary members are responsible for damage caused by their children or guests.
▪ LifeTime is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please check lost & found.
▪ No personal training by members or guests.
▪ Do not enter the facility if you have symptoms of sickness.
▪ No baby carriers or strollers allowed anywhere but locker rooms and pool room.

▪ NO FOOD OR DRINKS ALLOWED.
▪ No black marking shoes.
▪ No aggressive behavior or horseplay allowed on Basketball Court or Racquetball Courts.
▪ Return basketballs to the front desk.
▪ Do not throw balls into the lights.
▪ Do not hang on the rims or nets.
▪ Do not fall into or pull on the divider curtains.

▪ When a class is scheduled in a Studio, that area is reserved for the sole purpose of conducting that class & not available at that time for individualized member activity.
▪ Studio usage outside of organized classes is permitted. All equipment must be wiped down and properly stored after use.
▪ No street shoes, tap shoes or shoes that can damage the floor.
▪ Stereos are for LifeTime use only.
▪ Studio4 red lights are for class use only.

▪ No kids under 14 unless with an instructor.
▪ Keep chalk in the bucket & on your hands. Clean up any spills or messes you make with the chalk.
▪ Clean up your weights & equipment.
▪ Usage by someone not attending class during class time is at the discretion of the instructor.
▪ Ropes to be climbed only with an instructor present.

▪ Inside lane is reserved for walkers and the two outside lanes are recommended for runners.
▪ If using one of the two outside lanes as walking lanes, please give runners right of way when track is in multi-use.
▪ Use caution when walking or running against the flow of other members on the track. If need be, reverse direction & move with the majority to avoid accidents.
▪ No strollers, baby carriers or children of ages 0-6 allowed on the track.
▪ Children 7-13 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

▪ NO FOOD OR DRINKS ALLOWED.
▪ Eye protection is mandatory for all members using racquetball courts.
▪ Ask for help when moving court walls. Doors must be closed while moving walls.
▪ No heavy weights allowed at any time on Racquetball Courts.

▪ Swimmers under the age of 14 MUST have adult supervision at all times.
▪ You MUST SHOWER before entering the pools, spas & saunas.
▪ No horseplay or toys in LAP POOL.
▪ Do NOT stand or jump on lane ropes. Do NOT climb over, swim under them.
▪ Kickboards, noodles and hand bells may be used at open times, but must be put away after use.
▪ Gum, Band-Aids, and any loose items should be disposed of before entering the pool.
▪ Multi-Purpose Pool is closed to recreational swimming when a scheduled activity is in session.
▪ No running on the pool deck. No diving.
▪ No open wounds allowed in pools, saunas, or spas.
▪ Children under 3 are required to wear plastic swim pants that fit snuggly at the waist and legs.
▪ The Aquatics Center, which includes all pools, Jacuzzis, steam rooms, and wet and dry saunas, closes 15 minutes prior to closing of the club.
▪ Any unauthorized swimming instructors practicing at this facility will be prosecuted and permanently banned.
▪ All swimming instructors must be currently employed by LifeTime or under contract with LifeTime.

▪ Reserved lockers are rented by the month for a fee. Info at the Front Desk.
▪ Daily use lockers are free to members. If you use a lock, please remove it at the end of your workout. Club policy is to remove any remaining locks at night and place items in plastic bags. After 1 week the bags are given to charity or disposed of in the trash.
▪ Children 5 years and older cannot use the opposite sex locker room.
▪ Children 0-13 years must be supervised & under control by a responsible person at least 18 years of age.
▪ No horseplay, hiding in lockers, running or making a mess will be tolerated.
▪ Please close your locker door and place your towels in the towel drop near the front desk.
▪ No shampoo or soap or any foreign substances in the Jacuzzi or saunas.
▪ Only fresh tap water in small amounts is allowed on the sauna rocks. No jacuzzi salt water.
▪ Hair shaving is only allowed in the shower and sink areas. Please clean up after yourself.
▪ No hair dye allowed anywhere in LifeTime.
▪ Please limit the use of perfume, cologne and body sprays.

▪ Please remove plates from the equipment when you are done lifting.
▪ Return and rack weights when finished.
▪ Don’t monopolize equipment.
▪ Let weights down in a controlled manner, avoid letting equipment slam against each other.
▪ Chalk is only for your hands. Keep it in the chalk bucket and clean up any spills.
▪ Return kettlebells to the kettlebell rack after use.
▪ Any unauthorized personal training at this facility will be prosecuted and permanently banned.
▪ All personal trainers must be currently employed by LifeTime or under contract with LifeTime.
