Jess has always loved being active—whether she’s lifting in the gym, playing ALL the sports, or doing yoga and pilates. She just loves to move! Jess has an extensive background, both personally and professionally. She is an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer, CrossFit Weightlifting and Mobility certified trainer, and Precision Nutrition coach. Many also know her to be quite an accomplished golfer, placing well in most all the tournaments she plays. Jess is all about helping people feel strong, confident, and capable in their own bodies. Her approach blends functional movement, smart training, and realistic nutrition so fitness fits your life—not the other way around. Jess keep things fun, challenging, and supportive every step of the way!
