LUKE

What sparked your desire to become a trainer?
I have always enjoyed working out. Over time, I saw too many people guessing in the gym, getting hurt, or quitting. I wanted to give people a clear plan that works and keeps them healthy. Helping someone regain confidence in their body is what pulled me into this profession.

What is your fitness background?
I have been involved in sports for as long as I can remember. I was always focused on improving performance and understanding how the body works. I started my personal training career over a decade ago. To expand my ability to help people, I earned a Master’s in Sports Medicine and a Doctorate in Chiropractic. I have worked with athletes, adults, weekend warriors, and kids. My background bridges clinical-level expertise and real world training. My goal is to help you move pain free while achieving long term results.

What is the best or most valuable exercise in the gym?
The squat or deadlift patterns. When coached correctly, they build lower body strength, core stability, and joint resilience. They transfer directly to daily movement and sport.

What is your favorite movie?
Grease. It is high energy and reminds people that movement and confidence should be fun.

What is the most important book you’ve read?
The Let Them Theory. It reinforces focusing on your own actions and consistency instead of outside distractions. That mindset supports long term success in fitness and life.

What is your top hobby or passion outside of the gym?
Hunting and fishing. They keep me active outdoors and reinforce patience, discipline, and long term preparation.
