JEFF
What sparked your desire to become a personal trainer?
I went to college at Montana State University and spent 4 years in the school of Architecture. I woke up one morning and realized I wanted to build bodies instead of buildings, so I switched majors and acquired a degree in Exercise Physiology. I worked after school as a personal trainer at a local gym. It was at this time I realized I enjoyed helping other people achieve their goals, and personal training would be a great career.
What is your fitness background?
