BARB
Barb moved to Buffalo, Wyoming in 1996 as a sophomore in high school where she met her future husband, now raising 5 beautiful children. Some of Barb’s favorite things are hiking, basketball, watching her kids play any sport, teaching, lifting weights, reading and time with her family. Barb started her fitness career earlier through Spartan races, Tough Mudders and distance running. In 2012 she began to train and work with others as a Bootcamp instructor. She quickly developed a passion for success for others through fitness, exercise, connection and proper coaching. In 2014 Barb officially began her career in personal training by completing her Certified Fitness Trainer certification through ISSA. In 2015 she discovered CrossFit and quickly realized she wanted to be involved in that as well, so completed her CF L1 in 2016. Barb has been coaching and educating athletes on ways to move better as a CrossFit coach ever since. In 2019 Barb and her family moved to Casper and joined the LifeTime team and she furthered her education with a CF L2. To Barb fitness is more than just looking good in the mirror, or a bathing suit. She feels elevated fitness with proper nutrition, aerobic conditioning and strength training has the potential to enhance us as human beings on a physical, emotional, and mental level. Movement is medicine and she believes it can put someone on the path to overall wellness and happiness. Let Barb help you down that path.
