Pilates — Studio 3
Control, strength & balance
Pilates is a method of exercise created by Joseph Pilates in the early 1900’s. We utilize the specialized equipment he designed for all ages and body types, improving flexibility, building strength, developing control and endurance all without strain on the joints.
Pilates promotes new neuromuscular patterns, heightened body awareness, and improves coordination and balance. Combined, all these things help to strengthen, prevent injury and improve overall well being.
Pilates is also proven successful as adjunct training for professional athletes, physical rehabilitation and seniors. Due to the unique equipment design of using springs for resistance and/or support, the intensity can be adjusted over time as the body conditions and adapts to the exercise.
Studio 2 — Cycling
Ride with the room
Indoor Cycling classes offered ranging from 30–60 min.
Short on time? Take the 30. Want the full ride? Take the 60. Either way you’re climbing, sprinting and recovering to the instructor’s lead — and the energy of a room riding together.
