AMY

For as long as she can remember, Amy has enjoyed being active and challenging herself physically. When she became a mother she started to neglect her body, mind, and spiritual well-being. She knew this was not healthy for herself, nor her family, and needed to make a change. It is not only her hope to inspire other women to take care of themselves, but to lead by example and provide her insider knowledge on how to do this. As a mother of four, she has found ways to include her children in her workouts- trail running/hiking, triathlon and strength training- making fitness a family lifestyle.

Amy is an ACE certified personal trainer, specializing in female training, functional strength training and bootcamp training. She has been training women (of all ages and life stages) since 2012. Since having her youngest child, she has become increasingly passionate and educated in prenatal/postnatal fitness. She has over 20 years experience in swim training, has coached cross country, and youth speed and agility classes. Whether on the trail, in the pool or in the gym she enjoys encouraging others in their fitness journey and challenging them to develop and maintain a positive mindset throughout the process.
